    Bring a medium size full pot of water to boil.

  2. 2 mins

    Carve stem stubs out of Tomatoes.

  3. Add Tomatoes to boiling water. Boil till skin breaks.

  4. Peel off remaining skin & squeeze out excess juice from Tomatoes.

  5. Combine Tomatoes, Peppers, Onion & Salt in a blender. Blend until
    smooth.
