Bring a medium size full pot of water to boil.
Carve stem stubs out of Tomatoes.
Add Tomatoes to boiling water. Boil till skin breaks.
Peel off remaining skin & squeeze out excess juice from Tomatoes.
Combine Tomatoes, Peppers, Onion & Salt in a blender. Blend until
smooth.
