Quick and painless chocolate rice cooker cake

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups
    ap flour
  • ½ cup
    light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons
    cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon
    baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon
    cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon
    salt
  • ¼ teaspoon
    baking powder
  • ⅓ cup
    canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon
    vanilla
  • 1 cup
    water
  • 1 tablespoon
    vinegar

    Whisk dry ingredients

  2. Mix in wet ingredients until smooth, approximately 1 minute

  3. 40 mins

    Grease/butter inside of rice cooker pan (cold butter adheres best to non stick surface)
    (If you skip this step surprisingly, the cake will stick to the rice cooker and be a PITA)

  4. Pour batter in cooker, set to "Cake" or set to steam for 40-60 minutes
