Quick and painless chocolate rice cooker cake
Whisk dry ingredients
Mix in wet ingredients until smooth, approximately 1 minute
Grease/butter inside of rice cooker pan (cold butter adheres best to non stick surface)
(If you skip this step surprisingly, the cake will stick to the rice cooker and be a PITA)
Pour batter in cooker, set to "Cake" or set to steam for 40-60 minutes
