This rich, chocolate cake with it's warm, gooey center is the ultimate dessert. It is pretty easy to make and the outcome is amazing!
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Melt 0.5 cup of butter in a medium bowl in the microwave. Add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
Add eggs, egg yolks, and sugar into a separate bowl. Beat or whisk until light and thick.
Add egg mixture and 2 teaspoons of flour to the melted chocolate. Beat until combined.
Butter and lightly flour four 4-ounce ramekins or cake molds. Divide batter among the ramekins.
Place the ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until the tops are set, 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
Loosen the edges with a knife and then invert onto individual plates. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
