Ingredients

  • garbanzos, drained and rinsed
  • 4
    zanahorias, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons
    aceite de oliva
  • 4 cups
    chicken broth
  • ¼ cup
    orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1
    puerro, white and light green parts, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon
    sazón completa
  • plain yogurt, for serving

Preparation

  1. Listen mija, heat that aceite in your biggest caldero over medium heat.

  2. 8 mins

    Throw in those zanahorias and puerro, cook them hasta que estén blanditas, maybe 8-10 minutes. (Don't rush this part - you want them sweet and soft)
