Listen mija, heat that aceite in your biggest caldero over medium heat.
Throw in those zanahorias and puerro, cook them hasta que estén blanditas, maybe 8-10 minutes. (Don't rush this part - you want them sweet and soft)
Add the garbanzos, chicken broth, orange juice, and that sazón. Bring it to a good boil.
Cover and let it bubble away for 25 minutes, stirring every now and then so nothing sticks.
Take it off the heat and blend it with your immersion blender until smooth como mantequilla.
Put it back on the stove just to warm through, taste for salt.
Serve with a dollop of that yogurt on top if you want to get fancy.
