Mix together honey, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Warm if necessary in microwave.

Place salmon fillets in bowl. Marinate for 10-20 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
Place fillets in air fryer and drizzle extra sauce over the top. Fry for 12 minutes. Optionally place a bit of aluminum foil on the bottom to prevent the sauce from dripping off.
Garnish with sesame seeds, and serve over rice, salad greens, or any other of your favorite sides.
