Ingredients

    elbow macaroni
  • 5
    eggs, hard boiled
  • ⅓ cup
    mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons
    yellow mustard
  • 2
    dill pickles, chopped
  • 4
    green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2
    celery stalks, chopped optional

Preparation

    Cook elbow macaroni until tender and then drain well.

  2. While macaroni is cooking, boil eggs for 12 minutes. Once done, drain and cover with cold water.

  3. Mix the macaroni and cut up eggs with mayonnaise. Start with less mayonnaise and more can be added if needed.

  4. Add mustard, chopped dill pickles, and chopped onions (optional: add chopped celery). Finally, salt and pepper to taste.
