Fast to make and to eat ! Can be used to recycle sourdough discards (in this case, remove 50g of flour and 50g of yoghurt per 100g of discard).

  • 250 grams
    flour
  • ½ teaspoon
    baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon
    baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon
    salt
  • 250 grams
    yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon
    olive oil optional
  • herbs and spices of your choice optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 240°C

  2. 5 mins

    Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  3. 10 mins

    Add the yoghurt and knead until combined.

  4. 5 mins

    Sprinkle some flour on a cooking tray and flatten the dough with your fingers into a circular shape (of desired size and thickness).

  5. 10 mins

    Add your favorite toppings and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
