    Red chillies, large broken into pieces

    Ginger

Preparation

    1. Coarsely chop 1 large red onion
    2. Coarsely chop equal amount of tomato
    3. Heat oil in a pan and fry 2 large red chillies broken into pieces
    4. Saute onions until golden brown
    5. Saute tomatoes with needed salt for 3 minutes
    6. Add a handful of mint leaves
    7. Sprinkle little water and cook them in medium flame for 5 minutes
    8. Switch off the stove and let the mixture cool for 15 minutes
    9. Not-so-finely grind the mixture with 1 tbsp of chopped ginger and 1 handful of coriander leaves
