Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cook the egg noodles al dente according to package instructions.
Saute the onion and celery in butter until softened.
In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine the noodles, onion mixture, peas, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, tuna, and parsley. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
In a small bowl, combine ingredients for crumb topping. Spread on top of casserole.
Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
