    egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon
    butter

    onion, diced

    stalks celery, diced
  • 1 cup
    frozen peas
  • 5 ounces
    tuna can
  • 10 ounces
    mushroom soup
  • ⅓ cup
    milk
  • 1 cup
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon
    parsley
  • Crumb Topping
  • ½ cup
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon
    butter, melted
  • ½ cup
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon
    parsley

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. 8 mins

    Cook the egg noodles al dente according to package instructions.

  3. 5 mins

    Saute the onion and celery in butter until softened.

  4. 2 mins

    In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine the noodles, onion mixture, peas, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, tuna, and parsley. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.

    In a small bowl, combine ingredients for crumb topping. Spread on top of casserole.

    Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
