Not-too-sweet cookies, perfect for frosting.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add salt, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add the flour until combined.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Break off sections and roll out in flour about 1/4” thick. Cut out using favorite cookie cutters!
Bake at 350° for 8-10 mins.
