Whisk everything together in a bowl until smooth. Don't be shy with that garlic.
Cover and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. The flavors need time to get acquainted.
Hit it with some fresh cracked black pepper before you spread it on whatever needs fixing. (This keeps for about a week in the fridge, but it never lasts that long in my house.)
Works on everything from fish sandwiches to fries. My aunt used to make something similar for the carryout, but she'd never tell me exactly what went in it.
