Brown sausage in olive oil in heavy pot.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
Stir in rice. Cook until rice starts to color. (Don't rush this. Rice needs to toast.)
Pour in broth and Worcestershire. Stir well.
Bring to boil. Add chicken and all spices.
Cover. Simmer 35 minutes. Add broth if needed.
Add shrimp. Cover. Cook 10 minutes more.
Taste. Add salt and pepper.
