Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram
    Sliced beef
  • ¼ cup
    Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup
    Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup
    Cane vinegar
  • 1
    Head of garlic, Crushed or finely chopped
  • ¼ cup
    Soy sauce optional

Preparation

  1. Mix garlic, cane sugar, oil and vinegar to make a marinade

  2. 2 days

    Soak meat in marinade for 24-48 hours. The longer the better.

  3. 25 mins

    Fry meat, add soy sauce while cooking. Cook until all liquid has been reduced.
