Listen mija, first you're gonna brown that sausage in a big skillet. Break it up good with your spoon, get it nice and crispy. Don't forget to drain all that grease - we want flavor, not swimming in manteca.
In a bowl, mix up your cooked sausage with the beaten eggs and that cheese. Don't be shy with the cheese - we're feeding people aquí.
Take one tube of those crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of your 9x13 pan. Press those seams together good - we don't want any holes.
Spread all that sausage and egg mixture right over the bottom crust. Make it even, pero don't stress about perfection.
Now take that second tube of crescents and lay them on top. Tuck the edges down into the pan like you're tucking in a baby.
Sprinkle those sesame seeds on top if you want - adds a little something something.
Into the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until it's golden brown and beautiful. Your kitchen's gonna smell like heaven.
Ay, and listen - you can make this whole thing the night before and just pop it in the oven in the morning. Perfect for when the whole familia is coming over on Sunday.
